Ooh! Can Addison please please say to Sam, “Sorry Sam, Henry’s not your kid. You were just a pair of warm hands to hold him.”
Sam showing up at his ex-girlfriend’s house in the middle of the night to send away her nanny and refer to her son as “his” may just qualify as the creepiest thing I’ve ever seen.
And then when Addison points out the very true fact that Henry is NOT Sam’s kid,
Sam is all, “YOU’RE NOT GOING TO MAKE THIS EASY ON ME ARE YOU?”

Maybe she was smiling thinking about how pissed he’s gonna be when she says no. That’s why I would smile.
